Prince Edward Mansions was a technically challenging and highly finished refurbishment project in the heart of Notting Hill, converting two third floor mansion block flats to a single dwelling spanning over 3000sq ft.

A complete strip out was undertaken with the use of an external scaffold gantry and tower for all deliveries and removals.

An elegantly laid chevron timber floor throughout, compliments the handmade skirting, architraves and panel molding lined hallways and receptions rooms.

Features include a comprehensive AV & audio system. LED strip integrated cornicing and Luton lighting brings the flat to life at any time of the day or night. Fully bespoke doors, joinery and kitchen designed with the highest level of finish.

Bathrooms boosted internationally sourced and individually selected marble slabs, installed with routered LED strip lighting to allow a stunning warm light to enhance the marble's characteristics.

A comprehensive project involving the reinstating of a 5-story semi-detached property from 3 flats back to a single family home. This has been one of our largest projects to date.

The works included propping and installing large steels over all floors to create expansive open spaces. On the ground floor, there was added complexity as large steels had to be installed via a sacrificial pin process to allow for a side and corner extension.

The property was finished to a very high spec, beautifully balancing the old and new. Victorian period features were reinstated over the mid floors, embracing decorative cornice, deep skirtings and architraves to compliment the existing staircase. Contemporary features such as negative detailing, secret extracts to bathrooms and open tread staircases, were tastefully blended throughout.

The scope also included a fully bespoke joinery package including a fitted kitchen, intelligently fitted wardrobes and sympathetic use of marble in fully fitted bathroom.

The property boasts a comprehensive plant room and impressive fully designed M&E system.

External landscaping works included fencing, decked areas and planter boxing.

This project consisted of a full internal strip out to both floors. Complex steel structures were needed to extend the ground floor in both directions, transforming the existing dark kitchen and dining areas into a light and spacious family entertaining area more aligned to the clients lifestyle.

The project features expansive roof glazing panels to allow maximum light and fitted joinery in all rooms. Additionally, air conditioning, under floor heating and a fully designed audio system were also installed.

Kassala is a stunning property located a minute’s walk from Battersea Park. This project involved extending the ground floor, along with the addition of a third floor and internal refurbishment.

The property required extensive straightening of floor levels to achieve a tight and straight finish. The ground floor was piped for underfloor heating over the ground floor.

The property was decorated throughout. Works included the restoration of existing cornice, fitting an imported European kitchen and the installation of crittall style doors and windows on the ground floor. Bespoke wine racks and joinery fabrication bring a contemporary feel to the ground floor extension.

Sandwiched between properties, the limited access and scaffold requirements of this project required a high level of communication and consideration to neighbours on all three sides. Working to a very tight schedule and coordinating several items with long lead times, careful attention and planning was needed to meet the programme deadline.

Works to this flat in the heart of Sloane Square, were undertaken in conjunction with Cadogan Estates, liaising closely with them throughout the works progression.

The project included opening up the front reception rooms to form one large space, installing an AC system and soundproofing throughout using a ‘hush pugging’ system.

Features consisted of bespoke joinery, reinstating the traditional period features, full decorations and wallpapering. The completed project was that of an elegant and tasteful flat in one of London’s more enviable postcodes.

This unmodernised second floor flat in the heart of Marylebone was in need of a complete strip out and refurbishment.

Works included reinstating existing walls, floors and ceilings, with the addition of screeded underfloor heating throughout. A complete re-wire and re-plumb was carried out as well as the installation of Gyp Silent soundproofing to all floors and ceilings.

An intelligent layout and sleek design optimised all available space within the flat. Features include a hanging detail throughout the flat and high-end bespoke kitchen and joinery.

Having overcome challenges with access and limited space to reconfigure services, the project was successfully delivered on time and within budget.

Situated in the heart of Grosvenor Estates, boasting a sought after postcode, this property underwent a full internal strip out and extensive structural works to create large internal open spaces throughout. Set over 3 floors, the property was finished to an elegant standard. The project was run to a tight schedule and delivered on time and within budget.

The project features a newly positioned staircase the flows into spacious voids running from the roof to ground floor, bringing light into the lower levels. The roofing was finished with natural Welsh slates and rolled lead work. Internally, bespoke joinery throughout compliments the finished decorations.

This project required a complete internal reconfiguration while protecting existing structures and finishes.  Services were upgraded to allow for the installation of new bathrooms, kitchen and the installation of internal secondary glazing to match the existing windows.

Based in Knightsbridge, the property had to adhere to requirements outlined by the Grosvenor Estate necessitating clear and constant communication. As the property was located down a narrow private lane we also had to overcome the challenges of limited access.

With complete decorations throughout, the upmost care was taken to match existing period features including marble floors, traditional cornices and existing wood flooring. 

The project was delivered within both timeframes and budget.

This former commercial property in the heart of London’s vibrant East End spans over 15,000 sq ft. The fast-paced change of use refurbishment saw the building converted to ten residential flats.

The striped-back industrial-style design was sympathetic to the buildings original state and while upgrading insulation and acoustic quality; much of the property’s rustic charm has been retained. Each unit features a modular kitchen/bathroom pod incased in a black-painted chipboard, and brought to life with negative detailing and LED lighting – a well-considered example of form following function.

The works included full decoration to newly constructed flats and common areas, a comprehensive M&E package including the installation of solar panels to the saw cut warehouse roof, and a complete overhaul to the flat roof and upgrade to the balconies to bring the building up to planning requirements.

This former social club located in the creative heart of East London, Hackney Wick is already home to numerous galleries and bars. The building has been sympathetically restored and given a new lease of life as mixed use office space, a restaurant and performance hub for a New York theatre company.
